Let’s face it, the ‘ask’ of a leader feels different somehow and may be for some time to come.


One capability an effective leader needs to navigate through is resilience. But what is resilience? Why is it important? How do we know if we have any? How do we keep our people and our teams resilient? What happens when our resilience is challenged?

Our ethos is to partner with our clients, understanding their needs to identify and reach their professional goals.

As leaders ourselves we were fortunate enough to have investment developing our skills and capabilities built over years of working for organisations that prioritised their workforce. When we formed Lead Coach Manage we wanted to carry on that legacy of investing in others and offer support to leaders that is relevant in todays climate. The first two questions we asked ourselves were 'What do followers look for in a leader?' and 'What skills and qualities are required to lead a team in today's environment?'​. Looking at different scenarios, each answer led to a sound platform in RESILIENCE, which is a term that is sometimes used too frequently losing its impact. The arena in which we work is RESILIENCE using a strong commercial approach utilising good psychological safety. Recently there is an increasing demand for data insights for individuals, teams and organisations to show improvements in many areas, in particular effective performance. Lead Coach Manage can provide you with such insights supported by psychometric models, interactive coaching, and workshops using a blended learning approach, all whilst having fun.
